The 90-min "Mini" Design Consult can be done virtually or in-person at your project site. 

Some common topics we can assist you with are:

• Colour selection
• Floorplan advice/space planning/home staging
• Furniture and décor advice (including fabric, drapery & window treatments)
• Flooring and tile selection
• Lighting selection and planning

You provide us with pictures and dimensions of your space along with the budget and following a consultation we'll provide you with a Digital Design Guide that you can execute at your own pace. 

What's included in the Design Guide:

• A virtual mock up and detailed outline of all paint colours, furniture, accessories, rugs, and window treatments.
• Access to over 90 trade discounts and programs at local and national suppliers 

**This package excludes kitchens and bathrooms

With the “Kitchen/Bath” Consult,   Dwell studio will guide you through each stage of the renovation process including:

• Space planning and functionality 
• Sourcing contractors/trades
• Budget support 
• Colour selection
• Coordinating fixtures and finishes
• Lighting placement and design 

Quotes will be based on the scope of the project.  The design fee  will be between 10% - 20% of the total cost of the project. Depending on the size of the project, flat fees may be discussed. 

With our Full-Service Design plan we handle all steps of the project from concept to completion. We support clients with everything from building a new home, undergoing a renovation, or even just updating a room or two.

This plan offers a complete design of the space. . The Dwell team will work with local trade resources and vendors to ensure quality execution of the plan. The process is both interactive and collaborative. You can choose to be as involved with the project as you’d like, we’re happy to work within your requirements. 

Full service plans starts with an initial in-home consultation up to 90 minutes to review the scope of the project.
