APPROXIMATELY 100 HOURS

Stage 1: Discovery 

• Intro meeting with client to define scope, including site visits as required 
• Creation of a joint digital vision board to collaborate throughout the design process  
• Review existing furniture and finishings that will be incorporated in the new design plan

Stage 2: Planning 

Dwell to select and review options with the client including:

• Supporting the client in conversations with the kitchen company to select finishes,  cabinetry colour(s) and floor plan
• Paint
• Flooring  (hardwood, tile, gym flooring etc.)
• Trim and millwork
• Interior doors 
• Hardware      

Stage 3: Finishing

Dwell to collaborate with the contractor and kitchen company to create:

• A  reflected ceiling plan
• Electrical  floor plan 

APPROXIMATELY 200 HOURS

• Fabric choices 
• Wall  coverings 
• Stair design 
• Appliance recommendations 
• Closet organization sourcing and design 

Stage 3: Finishing

Dwell to collaborate with the contractor and kitchen company to create:

• A  reflected ceiling plan
• Electrical floor plan 
• Support with Audio Visual planning
